Last night, BET CEO Debra Lee hosted a star-studded gathering of who’s who for her annual ‘Pre-BET Awards’ dinner.
Guests included: Leslie Jones, Tamar Braxton, Vincent Herbert, Bryshere Gray, Mona Scott Young, Yandy Smith , Lil Mama, French Montana, Remy Ma, Estelle, Tammy Rivera, Jackie Long, Giselle Bryant and many more.

Usher used his BETAwards performance to make a statement against Donald J. Trump (click HERE if you missed that), Empire’s Taraji P. Henson also warned viewers about Trump while accepting her award for best actress.
But it was actor Jesse Williams, who commanded the spotlight with his impassioned speech on racial inequality, cultural appropriation and police brutality as he accepted the year?s humanitarian award.
In his nearly five-minute speech, the former public school teacher, Grey?s Anatomy breakout and Advancement Project board member managed to say EVERYTHING that needed to be said about racism in today’s culture.

Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross played host to a night full of electrifying performances, heartfelt speeches and unforgettable moments during the 15th annual ?BET AWARDS? and it all aired live from the Microsoft Theatre at L.A. LIVE last night (June 28, 2015).
There were several notable performances, including Kendrick Lamar, Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill, Alicia Keys, The Weeknd, Janelle Monae, and more.
Highlights included a 20 year anniversary tribute for Bad Boy records which included performances by Lil Kim, 112, Faith Evans, Ma$e and a projection of Notorious B.I.G. and an appearance by Janet Jackson, who was treated to a special dance tribute performed by Ciara, Tinashe & Jason Derulo.
