If you’re not familiar with Fulton County stalking ordinances, once paperwork is filed, a petitioner is granted a 30 day “temporary” order of protection (TPO) if they can convince a judge that one is needed. If the defendant violates the order during that 30 day period, they can be arrested for aggravated stalking.
Once the 30 days has passed, the respondant must appear in court to plead their case as to why a full restraining order should be granted.
Usher appeared this morning to plead his case.

Kile, the youngest son born of the marriage between Tameka and Atlanta businessman Ryan Glover, was reportedly floating in an inner tube on the lake when he was hit in the head by a Jet Ski.
The 11 year old was said to have been unresponsive when he was taken out of the water and rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Tameka was out of the country on vacation, however her ex-husband Usher Raymond was kind enough to charter a jet to get her back to her son’s side as quickly as possible.

Jones-Rakestraw may be crazy but she’s not a fool! I’ve heard that the 27 year old woman has been laying low since a friend or family member stepped in to make sure she stays “offline” but with today’s technology… I’m not sure how long it will last!
But keep in mind, there’s still “snail mail” and Darshelle has proven that she writes as much as she types!
One thing I know for sure though… is that Usher was absolutely TERRIFIED when his biggest fan showed up on his doorstep. This is no laughing matter folks. Especially considering there are children involved!

That being said, Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, aka Usher Raymond’s stalker “wife,” is no stranger to StraightFromTheA.com and while we’ve never met, she’s frequented the site and has often commented under the names “Darshelle” or “Khavinna”.
Last Saturday (June 30th), Darshelle sent me an email (which was cc’d to President Barack Obama) containing a list of 39 questions.
There was no explanation, but I’m assuming Darshelle is preparing her defense for “allegedly” stalking the superstar singer.
