Welp… people can hate on Nene Leakes,?but one thing’s for sure… she’s still laughing all the way to the bank!

The OG ‘housewife’ who’s best known for her long time gig on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, recently ended a second stretch on Broadway.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta aired the 8th episode of it’s 8th season last night (December 27, 2015).

Last week, fans were left reeling after what was supposed to be a fun girl’s trip to Miami turned into a drama filled physical confrontation.

This week’s episode is titled, ‘There’s No Business Like Friend Business,’ and producers decide to leave the fighting behind and focus more on what remains of Kandi’s broken friendship with Phaedra Parks.

Bravo Synopsis:

Porsha continues her long-distance romance with a beau she met in Miami in hopes that he may be “the one.” Meanwhile, Kenya remains true to her plan to “date like a man” and sets her eyes on a younger man. Peter surprises Cynthia with a “first date” as the two continue on their path of reconciliation. A very pregnant Kandi struggles to wrap up loose business ends as she prepares to release new music with friend Demetria McKinney, proving that she can successfully work with friends. Later, the ladies gather to celebrate the music collaboration and things get tense when Porsha and Phaedra are caught shading Kandi at her own event!

#RHOA Kenya Moore Blasts Phaedra Parks For Comparing Glen Rice, Jr. Incident To ‘Black Lives Matters’ + Phaedra Responds…

Kenya Moore of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is clearly misunderstood. ?While we may view Moore?as merely earning her keep on the popular reality show by stirring the pot and keeping the mess in rotation, she wants the world to know that she’s really innocent and trying to do whats best for her fellow cast members.

During last week’s episode, Moore was the spark that lit the flame when she decided to forcibly boot Glen Rice, Jr. out of the Miami mansion she and the ladies were sharing for the weekend (but only AFTER Rice curved her advances and set eyes on Sheree Whitfield).

In doing so, Kenya set off a chain of events that had her cast mates looking at her sideways. ?Kim Fields called Kenya out on her shenanigans and Phaedra Parks even likened Moore’s reaction to the Black Lives Matter movement.

That being said, Kenya has decided to play along and she defends her actions in her latest Bravo blawg, stating:

Glen made me and?Kandi?uncomfortable on several occasions. He came in with a chip on his shoulder, calling us ?b**** and hos.? This was difficult to witness. I clearly saw a pattern of disrespectful behavior.

[Sidebar: …and by ‘disrespectful,’ Kenya?means that Sheree stole the man she wanted to play with… ]

It’s a good thing that Sheree Whitfield of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is on a quest to get her peach because she’s certainly in need of a stable check right about now.

The newly re-enlisted ‘friend of the show,’ who was once known for flossing her lack of a budget has clearly humbled herself now that she’s flat broke and dodging lawsuits from creditors.

Whitfield is certainly not one of my favorites being that I was one of the many bloggers she drug into court over her failed ‘Chateau’…

Sheree?lost her ‘blogger battle’?(click HERE if you missed the end result), but she seems to be more likable on the show these days (anyone looks ‘nice’ standing next to Kenya ‘Messy’ Moore… but I digress.)

But that being said, Sheree is back in the news this week after SHE is being dragged into court for not paying some of the contractors who have been working on her 5 year construction project.

Nene Leakes Takes Final Bow in ‘Chicago’ on Broadway + #RHOA Cynthia Bailey & Peter Thomas Show Support… (PHOTOS)

Grand opening/grand closing!?If haven’t seen Nene Leakes in ‘Chicago’ on Broadway, you officially missed your chance.

While you were watching all the Miami messiness unfold on The Real Housewives of Atlanta last Sunday, ‘housewife’?Cynthia Bailey?and her husband Peter Thomas were one of many who attended as Nene Leakes ended a 4-week run in the hit stage play ‘Chicago on Broadway (December 20, 2015).

I was also invited to see the production first hand and was quite impressed with Nene’s performance as the infamous Matron ‘Mama’ Morton. (Sure, I’m gonna be labeled as ‘biased’ but she totally rocked the packed house!)

Nene’s voice was amazing and she added a ton of flair to the live production. But needless to say, after spending weeks away from home, the Atlanta ‘housewife’ was looking forward to celebrating the holidays with her family.

As she took a final tearful bow, Nene was presented with flowers from several friends, family and supporters. The first being her hubby Gregg Leakes, who proudly walked up to the stage with a bouquet for his lady love!

Nene was then treated to a celebratory dinner at TAO in NYC surrounded by friends, family and supporters.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta aired the 7th episode of it’s tragically messy eighth season last night (December 20, 2015).

Last week, we were left with a cliffhanger which involved a physical altercation during the ladies’ Miami girl’s trip.

This week’s episode is titled, ‘Miami Spice’ as the drama continues with Kenya ‘Messy’ Moore leading the charge.

Bravo synopsis:

The ladies continue living La Vida Loca in Miami, but trouble arrives in paradise when a guest of the house takes the drama to new heights, causing tensions to rise. Porsha takes time away from the ladies for a steamy date with a hot new suitor.

After the dust settles, two of the women decide to trek back to Atlanta, leaving a small crew behind to enjoy the Florida sun. Kim’s apprehension about Kenya is pushed to the limits, forcing her to reconsider her decision about continuing this newfound friendship.
