Apollo Nida and Peter Thomas are fast friends who have formed a lasting bond that remains strong long after their stint on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

The two joined me online about a week ago for a virtual “Happy Hour” during the quarantine. We talked for almost 4 hours and there were a lot of hot tea spilled during our chat.

While I was taking a short break from the blog, several clips from the video went viral. One in particular includes Apollo sharing his thoughts about Kenya Moore’s “husband” Marc Daly.

Remember Angela Stanton? If the name sounds familiar that’s because it’s forever linked to former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks.

Stanton is the author of the infamous “tell-all” book that she claims was based on her true story of crimes and lies surrounding former friend Parks. The book may have fell flat, but the story carried on… so much so, that Parks unsuccessfully attempted to sue her former friend (click HERE if you missed that).

Despite the fact that Stanton wrote about her crimes, her close association with the Trump administration has cleared her criminal record.

Apollo Nida, the former husband of ousted Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Phaedra Parks, has been getting his life in order since his release from prison and it seems 2020 has been good to him thus far.

Nida and his lady love Sherien Almufti brought in 2020 at Peter Thomas’ Bar One restaurant in Miami and just weeks later he finally got to see his sons for the first time in years.

Tip held a private birthday dinner at Brasserie restaurant in Atlanta last week and everyone came out to pay homage to the KING! Tiny Harris shared a lavish gift for her husband as all of their kids and extended family watched on.

Celebrity attendees included 2 Chainz, Phaedra Parks, Antonia “Toya” Wright, Reginae Carter, Shekina Jo, Cortez Bryant (Lil Wayne’s manager), Clay Evans (T.I.’s road manager), Monyetta Shaw and more.
