Actress Countess Vaughn of Hollywood Divas recently unveiled her much slimmer physique through a series of shots posted via Instagram.
Unlike most celebs who lie and say they worked out to achieve their results, Vaughn was open about the path she chose and even shared her liposuction procedure with the world via the TVOne reality show.
“I?ve always been honest about everything. I wanted to do a mommy makeover. I had done it after my oldest child. I really needed to just treat myself, and I?m happy about it!?
Prior to the plastic surgery obtained makeover, ?The Parkers? alum says she was a size 16.? She has now reportedly dropped three?sizes and currently measures in at a size 10!

Welp… if you were looking forward to seeing Vivica A. Fox on the small screen in ‘Hollywood Divas,’ it’s not going to happen.
It was just about a month ago that ‘Hollywood Divas’ executive producer, Carlos King, announced that the veteran actress would be joining the cast of the show (click HERE if you missed that).
The ensemble series made up of actresses Golden Brooks (Girlfriends), Countess Vaughn (The Parkers), Paula Jai Parker (Hustle & Flow), Elise Neal (The Hughleys) and ‘housewife’ turnt actress Lisa Wu (Real Housewives of Atlanta) has been in production for its second season for a few months now.
Hollywood Diva’s cast member Countess Vaughn even posted a message online sharing her excitement about Vivica joining the show:
