Ciara looked great as usual on the red carpet of the MTV Video Movie Awards in Japan with one huge exception….she appeared to be in some sorta pain! Now…I’ll grant her one bad photo cause lord knows I have a gazillion of em, but CiCi made it quite evident that either someone blew her back out the night before or that infamous matrix move is getting the best of her!
