After a nearly 4 year break, Grammy Award winning songstress Jill Scott is back on the grind with her fourth album set to drop tomorrow (June 21, 2011).
Jill hit up V-103’s Frank & Wanda Morning Show earlier today and spoke about her new album, entitled The Light Of The Sun, which features production from Terry Lewis, JR Hutson and Justice League as well as guest appearances from Anthony Hamilton, Eve, Doug E. Fresh and Paul Wall.
In one song, So Gone (What My Mind Says), the 39-year-old Philly native teams up with artist Paul Wall to create a racy track celebrating celibacy and the art of “pleasuring oneself”…
?It?s a song about a girl who is being celibate because she?s respecting herself and trying to do something completely different.
In the meantime, she?s still a boss and she could use a little [sex],? explains Scott.

Friday night, Jill hit up The Jay Leno show where she performed a song with Anthony Hamilton called, “So In Love.
