Who Knew Usher’s Ex Had A “Lifetime” of Achievements?

I had no idea Tameka Foster Glover Raymond was receiving awards around town! Seriously… I didn’t.

Tameka Raymond was recently honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Art Institute of Atlanta?s Passion for Fashion Scholarship Event for her contributions to the fashion and entrepreneur industries.

Many people do not know that Tameka attended Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and went on to work in buying offices and before she started styling for celebrities.

Tameka is now a proud owner and buyer for her two boutiques, Estella and Estella Home, located in Roswell, Georgia in addition to running her foundation Lost Ones and being a mother to her five boys.

The photographs below are of Tameka, a designer and a student at AiA and with her son Ryan.

Beyonce’s Mom & Dad Hold Off On Divorce…

Looks like Mathew Knowles and Miss Tina may be re-thinking their divorce filing. If not… somebody’s attorney is slipping!

According to TMZ, a hearing in the case was scheduled yesterday in Harris County, Texas, but nobody showed up, so the judge dismissed it!

It’s unclear if Tina and Mathew have reconciled … or just forgot to show up, but we’re guessing since they both were lawyered up they didn’t just forget to show … rather, they made a conscious decision to drop the divorce.

Tina filed for divorce in last November, one month after Mathew was hit with a paternity suit by Alexsandra Wright. A DNA test later proved the child was indeed Mathew’s.

Mathew and Tina were spotted together in Atlanta a last month during the the “Miss Tina” clothing line launch at Walmart, but Mathew was flying solo when he was in town last week for Sister2Sister’s 22nd Anniversary Event.

Word on the curb is that Mathew’s been bumping uglies with prophetess Juanita Bynum (who was also spotted at the S2S event) but I’m sure they’re just good friends. Especially considering the fact that Juanita is a devout christian and Mathew is still married.

I’m rooting for Beyonce’s parents. They’ve been together this long, they may as well stick it out.

Boo’d Up ~ The Dream & Kim Kardashian Courtside…

Rumors are running rampant this morning about Terius “The Dream” Nash and his new “boo” Kim Kardashian.

The two were spotted courtside at the NY Nicks vs. Houston Rockets game Sunday evening (Nov. 14th). They even shared a Pizza together… I guess that means their in love.

Oh… and in case you’re wondering about the status of his divorce from Christina Milian, well reportedly they reached an “extremely confidential” out of court settlement last week and Christina (and her attorney’s are quite pleased).

“Ms. Milian strongly believes that peaceful resolution is better for their child and that she is very pleased with the settlement and that it was accomplished out of court.” says Christina’s attorney Randy Kessler.

So now The Dream can date whoever he wants and it won’t be considered cheating. [Sidebar: I wonder if his jumpoff is still working as his personal assistant?]

Kandi Burruss Gets Emotional at ?Kandi Koated? Listening Session?

Kandi Burruss held a private listening session recently where she shared the vision behind her upcoming “Kandi Koated” project.

She also gave me a lil one on one where we spoke about her plans to make Lawrence Washington an international superstar with “Closet Freak” the song she penned for him on RHOA.

Kandi has a lot of great tracks on her new album. The first being a ballad called “Haven’t Loved Right,” a song Kandi wrote after the untimely death of her ex-fiance’ Ashley “AJ” Jewell.

Kandi revealed how she drew from that painful period in her life and you could hear the emotion in the lyrics and Kandi belted out the chorus as we were previewing the song.

R. Kelly’s Ex-Wife Performs at Sister2Sister Anniversary Celebration… [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

Celebrity choreographer Andrea Kelly, the ex-wife of R-uh Kelly was spotted in the “A” last week performing at Jamie Foster-Brown’s Sister2Sister 22nd Anniversary Celebration.

In case you didn’t know, R. Kelly and Andrea were married for over 11 years and she is the mother of their three kids (two girls and one boy, ages 12, 10 and 8, respectively).

The iconic girl group SWV led the event’s finale with their performance of “If Only You Knew”,? followed by Andrea, who donned a top hat and fishnets as she did the “bump & grind” in honor of Jamie and her years of accomplishments with the magazine.

Word on the curb is that Andrea has relocated to Atlanta for a fresh start away from all the stigma associated with being the ex-wife of a superstar.

I’ve heard that her “fresh start” includes a new reality show that will be coming to ?Bravo, MTV or VH1? sometime in the near future.
