WTF?!? Uncle Luke Wants to be Mayor of Miami…
Luther Campbell is known for some of the raunchiest lyrics in rap history but he might just clean up his onstage act for politics.
Campbell aka “Uncle Luke,” the man whose booty-shaking madness once made it all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court to stand up for free speech, gets as nasty as he wanna be for the Miami New Times.
Luke put pen to paper a few days ago and mapped out a few ideas to fix Miami’s inner city neighborhoods, and as if that wasn’t enough… he even threatened to run for mayor!
These are realistic goals.
If our leaders don’t see fit to implement them, then I’ll be forced to run for mayor myself.

Being that Luke’s been referred to as a “deadbeat dad” by his own daughters… and subsequently even called himself merely a “Sperm Donor” to all but one of his kids, he may not get the single mother vote. But who knows? Hmmmm… I wonder what his campaign slogan would be.

R&B singer Monica is officially a basketball wife!? Mo and her boo, Lakers star Shannon Brown tied the knot and have managed to keep it all hush hush for months!
Rumors began circulating way before Christmas that Mo was married and I’d heard that the party in L.A. was actually their reception. Only a few of Mo’s closest friends and family knew about the marriage and they all graciously managed to keep it out of the media.
Well now… the word is out. It’s official! Mo & Shannon tied the knot!
The rumors are true: Monica and Shannon Brown are indeed married. An official with the NBA also confirmed the marriage, which took place in Los Angeles on November 22, 2010.
A friend of Shannon Brown?s says he is relieved that the news is out because he respects his wife and he has been wearing his wedding band recently.
The friend said Shannon and Monica plan to wed officially in front of family and friends (again) in Los Angeles in June. (Source)
Word is… Mo has already changed her last name to “Brown.”
As you recall, Mo met Shannon on the set of the video for “Love All Over Me,” where she and Shannon ended up walking down the aisle. The two have been inseparable every since. Talk about a self-fulfilling prophecy!

Andr? 3000 adds a new hot verse to the remix of Ke$ha’s “Sleezy”.
A friend of mine informed me a while ago that Andr? Benjamin aka “Possum Alowishus Jenkins” has been hittin studio for months now, so I’m not really that surprised that a verse has finally turned up.
This new song was produced by Bangladesh (best known for Kelis’ “Bossy” and Lil Wayne’s “A Milli) so you already know it’s a bangin beat. I’ve heard Ke$sh’s name once or twice but she never caught my interest ’til Dre’ jumped on the track.
Hopefully this is Dre’s introduction back into the music game for 2011. He knows we’ve waited long enough…

Kanye West Lashes Out at Media Over His Misunderstood Britney Spears Tweets…
Kanye West hit twitter last week and made light of his infamous Taylor Swift mic snatching incident in a comical note he sent to Britney Spears last Friday via Twitter.
Last Tuesday, Spears released a new song “Hold It Against Me,” that reached No. 1 on iTunes. Ironically, West and Jay-Z dropped their new track, “H.A.M.,” the same day, and it came in at No. 2.
West graciously acknowledged Spears’ chart victory with the following tweet:
Fans were divided but I thought it was hilarious that Kanye could laugh at himself.
Kanye has since deleted the tweet but his battle with the media rages on. After facing off with NBC?s Matt Lauer last year, the outspoken rapper took to Twitter to defend himself over the tweet.
?Ye?s comment apparently angered some Britney fans and others who interpreted it as a jab at the pop star. Some even felt that he was being insensitive about the whole Taylor Swift thing…. but Kanye insists it was not an attack on her and hit the tweets to explain: Continue Reading…
