If you’re not familiar with Fulton County stalking ordinances, once paperwork is filed, a petitioner is granted a 30 day “temporary” order of protection (TPO) if they can convince a judge that one is needed. If the defendant violates the order during that 30 day period, they can be arrested for aggravated stalking.
Once the 30 days has passed, the respondant must appear in court to plead their case as to why a full restraining order should be granted.
Usher appeared this morning to plead his case.

Kile, the youngest son born of the marriage between Tameka and Atlanta businessman Ryan Glover, was reportedly floating in an inner tube on the lake when he was hit in the head by a Jet Ski.
The 11 year old was said to have been unresponsive when he was taken out of the water and rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Tameka was out of the country on vacation, however her ex-husband Usher Raymond was kind enough to charter a jet to get her back to her son’s side as quickly as possible.

Leakes’ oldest son Bryson Bryant recently posed for his 4th mugshot after he was arrested for probation violation in Gwinnett County July 5, 2012.
Bryson’s criminal history is pretty lengthy so I’m not really sure which charge he was on probation for but he was arrested around this time last year after he was caught shoplifting two Mach 3 razors from an Atlanta area Walmart.

Prior to that arrest, Bryson was arrested twice in 2010, once for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a weapon (mugshot), and a second time that same year for marijuana possession (mugshot).

Tears came to the singer?s eyes and flowed freely during the last few songs of set causing many audience members to respond with their own tears, cheers and shouts of ?We love you!?, in support of the singer who has had many personal struggles in her past including a suicide attempt two years ago.
This year, we lost Whitney Houston?They just wouldn?t leave her alone. They did not understand that she was only human. We lose family, friends, all for the love of money.
