An author published a book way back in 2007 accusing Bishop Eddie Long of having homosexual relationships. Reuben Armstrong, a Dallas Texas radio host, penned the book entitled “Snakes in the Pulpit” and says that Bishop Eddie Long was one of it’s main characters.
Armstrong traveled to Atlanta while researching his book after two New Birth Missionary Baptist Church youth pastors contacted him. He said what they told him back in 2006 sounds eerily similar to what’s been alleged in four lawsuits filed against Long in September.

The author recently appeared on a local Atlanta news station, where he revealed what was told to him over 3 years ago. He says that he’s going to fight for Bishop Eddie Long’s resignation and cannot sit idle while Long continues to lead people astray.
“He is leading God’s people to the pits of hell. He needs to confess, repent and let God deal with him.”
