Tyler Perry’s ‘For Colored Girls‘ premiered in New York last night (Oct. 26) at the Ziegfeld Theater and the star-studded cast came to support the launch of the powerful film based on the 1974 choreopoem “For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf’ by Ntozake Shange.

Yet more bad news for T.I.’s pockets. The Remy Martin camp has officially kicked him to the curb only after 4 months of his signing a huge endorsement deal with the brand.

Via a released statement, Remy severed it’s ties by utilizing one of Tip’s key phrases:
Sometimes the ?road to redemption? is a difficult path. Regrettably, we will not be able to continue collaborating with T.I. at this time. We wish T.I. well and hope he will devote his time and energy to staying the course.
Just a few days ago Tip was dropped by AXE. Well at least he doesn’t have to worry about jail in LA…

What’s done in the dark will most certainly come to light and B2K’s Raz B is making sure that whatever Chris Stokes did will be revealed.
Last week, Raz B was inspired to speak up (again) about the abuse he received as a young boy, after watching Tyler Perry’s emotional Oprah interview.
Oprah and Perry are planning another show, which will feature an all-male audience of former victims of molestation and Raz B wants to be a part of the discussion. Raz took to his twitter to ask his followers to write in to Oprah so that he can finally confront his former manager Chris Stokes and singer Marques Houston about his story of being molested.
It’s a story that’s been traveling the blogosphere for years. Raz B initially accused Stokes back in 2007 but Stokes and his T.U.G. team made it all disappear. Now Raz has released another disturbing video as proof that he was molested.

Clifford “T.I.” Harris has some serious fans! Tip, who was recently spotted chillaxin courtside at the Hawks game, got a surprise endorsement from an anonymous source.
The secret admirer(s) feel that Tip’s recent federal sentencing is a waste of taxpayer’s money and is asking the judge to reconsider T.I.s 11 month jail sentence.

The group calls themselves “Citizens of the State of Atlanta Georgia” (as if Atlanta was a state!) and have filed a motion to set-aside order/judgment in US District Court.
In a nutshell, they want the judge to throw out Tip’s jail sentence and send him to rehab instead. They explain their position in a 4 page motion filled with legal mumbo jumbo and misspelled words:
“At most, Mr. Harris may have a drug addiction and sending a person to prison for having an addiction is not what society condones. Instead, a person who has an alcohol or drug addiction needs ‘rehabilitation’ and incarcerating that person for having an alcohol or drug addiction does not in any way ‘rehabilitate’ that person; and if it did, the government could seek the incareeration of every citizen in the country who consume alcoholic beverages or even over the counter drugs for that matter.
The bottom-line is that neither the Probation Oftieer nor the Assistant U.S. Attorney could ever hope to offer evidence to suggest that placing a Defendant in prison for an addiction serves to ‘rehabilitate’ that Defendant.”

According to TMZ, neither T.I.’s people nor the prosecution have any idea who or what the group is … besides being an organization of some kind that failed geography class. *giggle*
Tip’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, says that despite the well-intentioned gesture, there are no plans to appeal the judge’s sentence.

Kanye West’s “Runaway” latest is a musically-driven, short film, which has been a hot topic online the past few days. The video premiered Saturday night on MTV and some viewers have already dissected Kanye’s artistic vision.
Narrated by Nicki Minaj, the film focuses on the ill-fated relationship between West and a phoenix that plummets from the cosmos (Selita Ebanks). Their union is torn apart after the otherworldly creature is discriminated against for her curious behavior and features.
The project is full of symbolism and imagery but some are claiming Ye snuck in symbolism of the Illuminati and devil worship.? Kanye took all the criticism in stride by joking about it on his twitter:
