Block Entertainment’s Gorilla Zoe is on a mission to be fit and fine in 2009. ?Zoe, who is preparing for the release his?sophomore album “Don’t Feed Da Animals,” has committed to a 12 week weight loss challenge appropriately titled, “Don’t Feed Da Animal”. His goal is to lose?40 pounds from his 230 pound frame.
I caught up with Gorilla Zoe recently and he gave me a little insight about the challenge. ?Since starting the new?regimen, Zoe’s lost 5 pounds, although he stresses that it wasn’t easy AT ALL!

“Usher and Tameka Raymond welcomed their second son, Naviyd Ely Raymond, on Wednesday, December 10th, at 2:33 a.m., weighing 5 pounds, 13 ounces,” Usher’s rep said in a statement. “Tameka and the baby are doing fine.”
The couple have?one other son together, 1-year-old Usher Raymond V (i.e. the fifth).?Usher and his wife got married?in 2007 in Atlanta in a simple ceremony, aftercanceling the original, more lavish wedding. There were many rumors about why they rescheduled, including Usher’s mom disapproving of the relationship, claims the couple later denied. Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins-Rolison, formerly of TLC,?is the latest celeb to reportedly face foreclosure in this tough economy.?The $530,000 Georgia property owned by the R&B star is scheduled to go up for auction January 2009.?According to public records obtained by TMZ.com, the 38-year-old has defaulted on the original principal of her mortgage, and the five-bedroom house is now being claimed by the state.
A spokesperson for Watkins-Rolison had not yet issued comment.
All charges have been dropped against Nafiza Ziyad, the young lady who was?filmed harrassing an elderly lady on a MARTA train?and given the nickname ?Soulja Girl?. ?Ziyad appeared in Dekalb County court and testified about getting help for her mental disorder and getting her life in order. The judge?dismissed?all criminal charges and referred the young lady to mental health court where she will continue to get treatment and receive counseling. ?For once the “system” got it right…
