Roger Bobb welcomed Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed to the grand opening of “The Green Room” in Atlanta’s historic Buckhead area last night (August 18, 2011).

Billed as an actors lounge with books, scripts & coffee, “The Green Room” hopes to serve to Atlanta’s up and coming artistic sector. The cute lil coffee bar was hot like fire (literally) last night as Terri J. Vaughn and Roger Bobb hosted a private opening affair.

A-town favorites like Celebrity Photographer Derek Blanks, Chaka Zulu (DTP CEO) Peter Thomas (The Real Housewives of Atlanta), Celebrity Hairstylist Derek J (Hair Battle Spectacular) and Lisa Wu-Hartwell (fresh off the successful run of her first stage play “Stripped”) came through in support of the new venture.

Recognizable faces from the big (and small) screen like Clifton Powell (Menace II Society, Ray, Friday After Next) and Melinda Williams (Soul Food, The Wood, Idlewild), and Tommy Ford (Martin) were also spotted chillin in the cut…

Stacey Dash May Be “Unemployed” But She’s Still Smiling… [PHOTOS]

Stacey Dash of VH1’s “Single Ladies” was spotted out and about recently in her flashback 20’s flapper gear.

Rumors have been swirling that Stacey, who made her television comeback on the 1st season of VH1’s hit show “Single Ladies” with LisaRaye McCoy, was fired from the show after several disagreements with the cast and crew.

But despite all that talk of being booted from the show, the? 45 year old “Clueless” diva was all smiles as the paparazzi caught her departure from the Adelle concert at the Hollywood Palladium in L.A. last night (August 17, 2011).

Sean “Diddy” Combs shared the above picture of his daughter Chance with his millions of Twitter followers a few days ago, tweeting:

Chance’s mother is Sara Chapman, who Diddy once raved was just as beautiful as their baby girl…

As you know, Sarah and Kim Porter were each pregnant around the same time, with Kim giving birth to Diddy’s youngest kids, twin girls D?Lila Star and Jessie James.

Tami Roman from VH1’s Basketball Wives covers the current issue of Atlanta-based Rolling Out Magazine.

Although I’m a bit slow on my Basketball Wives pimpin (I’m still on episode #3 hoping to catch up soon), I’m a Tami Roman stan from way back during her “Real World’ days and when I met her briefly during the 2011 Essence Music Festival, I liked her immediately.

Roman has an awesome photo spread in the mag and she also reveals quite a bit during her interview.

On joining ?Basketball Wives?:

Well, I watched the first season of ?Basketball Wives? and just felt like the things that I was going through weren?t really represented on the show.

I had been a basketball wife, and now that I was divorced, things weren?t as golden as they portrayed on the show. I wasn?t eating out and getting manicures every day ? and I wasn?t drinking all night, every night. That wasn?t my world, so for me, I felt like my individual story would be valuable.
