Rumor has it that Frankie Lons was locked up earlier this month for probation violation after failing a random drug test, although her publicist would tell you differently.
Lons, known for her BET spin off reality show Frankie & Neffe PLUS her stint on Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab, was locked up in an Atlanta suburb yestereday and is back in the clink for probation violation after she was found in possession of drug paraphernalia. *sigh*

Meet Travis McCauley, 32 of Augusta, Georgia.
Band camp will never be the same in the small Georgia town after this nasty mutha-flocka, an HIV-positive assistant band director, has been charged with coercing a 15 year-old boy into engaging in various sex acts.
According the the Augusta Chronicle:
Travis McCauley, 32, who is assistant band director of the CSRA All-Star Band, had sex with the boy three weeks ago.
A second incident occurred a week ago, when McCauley performed a sex act on the boy.
The boy became concerned after learning that McCauley was HIV-positive.
McCauley was confronted through a text message sent by the victim’s mother, where he admitted to the acts, according to an incident report.
An updated report says McCauley was arrested Wednesday on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, aggravated child molestation and reckless conduct by an HIV-infected person.
Bond was set at $6,800 on the contributing to the delinquency charge, but the jail website lists no bond on the other charges.

The embattled rapper remains locked up in Dekalb County jail on probation violation charges after being accused of throwing the woman out of a moving vehicle after she turned down his offer of $150 to bump skins.

Gucci was charged with misdemeanor battery in the case and bond was set at a mere $5,000.
Being that Gucci probably had that much under the seat of his Hummer H2, apparently it’s his long sordid criminal history that’s keeping him under lock & key until a probation violation hearing.
[Sidebar: I knew Radric had issues, but had no idea he’d been jailed so many times!]
