Kelly Rowland was spotted walking the red carpet at the Capital Awards in London last week.? I’m not feeling this outfit ~ at all!? Maybe for the grocery store or a day at the park…but definately not for the red carpet! She worked it out though.? We’re about to see alot more of Ms. Rowland.? Her new CD, “Diva Deluxe” is bout to drop next week (March 25th) and she has a message for all her fans direct from the UK.
