Kelly Rowland was spotted walking the red carpet at the Capital Awards in London last week.? I’m not feeling this outfit ~ at all!? Maybe for the grocery store or a day at the park…but definately not for the red carpet! She worked it out though.? We’re about to see alot more of Ms. Rowland.?
