Gucci Mane aka Radrick Davis has been sent back to jail and has been sentenced to serve 1 year in Fulton County jail on probation violation charges. ?The video above is the Atlanta news coverage of his hearing, during which the judge revoked Gucci Mane’s probation because he used drugs & alcohol and didn’t complete the required community service. ?Dude even showed up drunk for a probation meeting. His excuse? ?He had just left the studio and had consumed champaign the night before. What a dunce! ?After he completes his year in jail, Davis will still have 2 1/2 years of probation and will have to serve 600 hours of community service. ? Some people just deserve to be locked up.

DMX Curses Out Miami-Dade County Judge (Video)
*Sigh* ?Yes…you read right! ?Rapper DMX lost it during his hearing?in a Miami-Dade County courtroom Tuesday morning after learning he would spend another month in jail.
“I ain’t going back to no fc*king jail,” said DMX (aka Earl Simmons). “Oh, well that just ingratiated you to me,” said Judge Lawrence Schwartz. “I’ve never heard the F-word before, so it’s OK.” ?The judge then warned Simmons’ lawyer that the rapper had better not curse in his courtroom again.
The mugshot above is from Simmons’ most recent arrest at a Miami-Dade County Wal-Mart earlier this month after failing to appear at a court hearing in Arizona. ?He was also arrested in June for not having a valid driver’s license. ? Check out the courtroom video under the cut: Continue Reading…
3 Years for Da Brat (Video)
Shawntae Harris aka Da Brat has been sentenced to 3 years in jail following an altercation at Jermaine Dupri’s Studio 72 last fall. ?The victim, Shayla Stevens, was working as a waitress at the nightclub when Da Brat struck her in the head with a bottle of rum after the waitress bumped into her. ?This sentence concludes the criminal case, however Stevens has a civil case pending against Da Brat for unspecified medical and other costs.

Da Brat Strikes Deal In Assault Case
Sources say that Da Brat (aka Shawntae Harris) has struck a plea deal with?Dekalb County?prosecutors in her pending assault case.? To refresh your memory, Brat was arrested last fall after she attacked a waitress with a bottle during Jermaine Dupri’s Halloween Party at Studio 72?(View Mugshot).???I’ve heard that the?deal is for?Harris to turn herself in by the end of the week to begin serving a 1 year sentence, however Dekalb County’s website lists her?pretrial scheduled for August 22nd.? Brat?has been out on bond since November 1, 2007.? Will update you as I get additional details…
