Love & Hip Hop Atlanta aka ‘The Stevie J & JOEsaline Show ‘ is preparing for it’s return to the airwaves for it’s second season.

After being literally bored to tears by the NYC version of the show, many reality tv junkies are chomping at the bit for a taste of what’s to come.

JOEsaline, Benzino, Stevie J, Rasheeda, Kirk, Erica Dixon, Lil Scrappy, Mimi Faust and Wasserface are all returning. I haven’t heard much about Karlie Redd.

I revealed a few new additions to the cast a few weeks ago, which include DJ Traci Steele and her boyfriend Baby Drew, as well as Stevie J’s artist Che Mack who will be featured as a re-occurring background character.

What’s most interesting about this season is/was the addition of Diamond, who I’ve heard has already gotten the boot!

It’s Official! Phaedra Parks’ New Show “Rich People Problems” Hits Bravo…

It’s official! Phaedra Parks of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is next up on the reality show train and she will be featured in her own spin-off show.

If you recall, I was first to leak news of Phaedra’s new show back in February, after hearing that several wealthy Atlantans had been approached to air out their grievances on the new show.

The new show’s working title is “Rich People’s Problems”? and my twitter friend “RealityTVFiend” brought it to my attention this morning.

My Thoughts On ‘The Gossip Game’ + Watch Full Premiere Episode…

I had no idea “The Gossip Game,” VH1’s newest reality show, was premiering last night until I saw the tweets filling up my timeline.

Then the phone calls started. A few of my blogger friends were like ‘wassup with this? so now we’re considered the BOTTOM of the media food chain?’

I had to think for a minute…. hmmm, maybe that’s a good thing. Maybe that’s how whoever created the show *cough* Mona Scott Young, thinks of bloggers, who, like myself, are opinionated, resourceful, and aren’t star struck when people like *cough* Mona call us on the phone to fuss about leaking story lines.

But I digress.

Shoot… I can’t speak for all blawgs, but I BREAK stories over here and have great relationships with many “mainstream” journalists at CNN, AJC, etc. who come to ME for the scoop.? I’ve done radio a few times, but it’s mostly local television news anchors who benefit from my stories and opposing views. But again… that’s just me.

I say all of that to say… in the first episode, “The Gossip Game” portrays bloggers as “ratchet,” “broke” and “messy” and while I may be one of the three on any given day of the week, all at one time is a bit much.

Then again… it’s all entertainment though… right? 😆

Tameka Raymond Launches “Kile’s World Foundation” In Honor of Deceased Son… [PHOTOS]

Tameka Foster Raymond poses above with all of her handsome sons (r-l Darren (aka Noonie), Naviyd, Usher V (aka Cinco) and Ryan, Jr.).

Lil Naviyd & Cinco pose in glasses resembling the one’s once worn by their brother Kile, who was killed in a jet ski accident last Summer on Lake Lanier.

In honor of what would have been her son Kile Glover’s 12th birthday, Tameka held a celebratory launch party for the non-profit foundation created in his honor.

“Kile?s World Foundation” will offer art-based camps with multiple workshops including general instruction in the areas of acting, singing, dance, painting, illustration, music production and digital media.

It is also Tameka’s hopes to eventually open a magnet school with an emphasis on music and the arts in Kile’s honor.

Many of Kile’s family members and friends showed up to the Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta to support the event and several pieces of the gifted pre-teen’s original art work was on display for all to admire.

Attendees included: All of Kile’s brothers, his cousin Lake (Usher’s brother’s daughter), Sabrina Rowe & Sherlinda Parker (Big Rich Atlanta), Atlanta radio personality Frank Ski, Quad (Married to Medicine) and more.

Noticeably absent? Usher Raymond and Ryan Glover (Kile’s father).

5 Things I Learned From The Real Housewives of Atlanta S5 Ep 20 + Watch Full Video…

The Real Housewives of Atlanta has officially completed it’s 5th season and the finale episode aired last night (March 31, 2013).

Oddly enough, the finale centered around Kenya Moore‘s costume party that was held last September, which featured all of the ladies dressed as iconic Black actresses from Moore’s favorite films.

The drama in the finale focused on Porsha Stewart‘s decision to ditch Moore’s costume assignment, where she opted to dress as Halle Berry’s Dorothy Dandridge character as opposed to Halle Berry’s ghetto “BAP’s” character.

Stewart’s actions proved to be Moore’s opportunity to throw Porsha out of her event (as pay back for that charity function beef that occurred during the 1st episode) but things backfire on Kenya.

ALL of the RHOA cast decide that enough is enough of Moore’s bi-polar actions, and they all stick together and decide that they were invited as “a group” and if Kenya kicks out Porsha, they all will leave as “a group”.

NEWSFLASH! Porsha Stewart Wants Way More Than Her Name in Divorce From Kordell…

Porsha Stewart of The Real Housewives of Atlanta may not know how many days are in a year but she apparently knows how to count dough.

Just last week Kordell Stewart reportedly surprised, Porsha Stewart, his wife of 22 months by abruptly filing a divorce petition in Atlanta’s Fulton County Superior Court.

Many have speculated but no one knows for sure what exactly sparked Kordell’s decision to fill dem papers (cue Usher) but there’s been lots of talk abut Kordell’s “extracurricular” activities, especially since he’s reportedly refusing to give Porsha any type of alimony or spousal support.

In keeping with all the he say/she say, Porsha has hired Atlanta attorney Randy Kessler (who coincidentally filed Nene & Greg’s divorce, which we all know was on paper only… but I digress), to handle the situation and through her attorney she is now asking for monetary compensation for sacrificing almost 2 years under Kordell’s ~~reign of terror~~ roof.
