Grammy award winning singer/songwriter Kandi Burruss celebrated her 35th birthday last night surrounded by family and friends.
The “Fly Above” singer partied at Atlanta’s Strait’s restaurant with BFF Rasheeda, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle-Harris, Toya Carter and Derek J.
Kandi’s real “housewife” cast mate Attorney Phaedra Parks as well as former Atlanta Mayor Bill Campbell (aka prisoner #47895734) also came through in support of Kandi’s big 3.5.

Cameras follow Antwan “Big Boi” Patton from the supermarket to Stankonia in a new short documentary entitled “The Crown Life”.
I gave you a lil taste of it a few days ago with the trailer and now the full 10 minute version has been released.
You’ll notice a few “A” town favorites like Killer Mike, as he worked on his PL3DGE album during the shooting (CLICK HERE for photos/video from Mike’s recent album signing event), and up & coming artist Pill.

It seems like it was just yesterday that Keyshia Cole hit the stage with Lil Kim to perform “Let it Go” at the BET awards but time flies and things change.
Keyshia hit up her Twitter a few hours ago, to vent her frustrations about her album being snubbed during the 2011 BET awards nominations, stating:
And while she had everyone’s attention, KeyCo also took a moment to update she and Lil Kim’s relationship status:
As you know, Lil Kim is always listening and lurking and as soon as she caught wind of Keyshia’s tweets all HELL broke loose.

It was definitely a family affair yesterday as GrandHustle/Grind Time Official artist Killer Mike aka Mike Bigga hit up DTLR in Atlanta’s South Dekalb Mall to promote his new album Pl3dge with his handsome son by his side.
Spotted on the sidelines was his boo (who inspired one of my favorite songs from the CD).

I spoke with several fans… some who drove from as far as Macon just to get their copy of “PLE3DGE” signed by the legendary rapper.
Mike was ever the gentleman, graciously greeting fans, posing for pictures and signing a ton of albums for each and every fan who waited patiently in line to see him.
In support of the hometeam, Big Boi brought out the entire Patton clan!
GrandHustle CEO Jason Geter, Big Kuntry King and more also came through.

Ciara and her baller boo, Amar’e Stoudemire hit the streets of Miami over the weekend.
The two were spotted frolicking on the beach Saturday and moments later rented a few mopeds and cruised around town with bodyguards in tow.
I had a premonition a while back about CiCi becoming a basketball wife… welp, it looks like I may be on to something!

The relationship between Amar’e Stoudemire and Ciara is so close, the singer joined her Knicks boyfriend on his night out with the boys in Miami this weekend.
Stoudemire partied with 15 male friends at Prime One Twelve in South Beach. But when the group went to party at club Cameo, Ciara met up with her basketball beau, who danced alongside her all night.
Sources said that while Stoudemire kept his focus on his lady, security guards had to shoo away female admirers who tried in vain to get his attention.
