Just last week, Stevie J. and Joseline Hernandez were back to battling after he’d publicly accepted that he could possibly be the father of Joseline’s unborn child (click HERE if you missed that).

Well it looks like Steebie officially has 18 more years of drama with the ‘Puerto Rican Princess’ now that the results?of the paternity test are in for baby Bonnie Bella.

TMZ reports that?Stevie’s DNA test results prove that he’s the father:

…he indeed did the deed — according to new docs he filed — and now that he KNOWS, he’s asking for visitation rights … but also for primary physical custody.

Doesn’t make sense, but maybe he’s covering all his bases.

Joseline’s due Jan. 9, and in the docs he says he absolutely wants to be in the delivery room.

Stevie’s also playing hard ball, in that he’s making claims that Joseline is a druggie and it may be affecting their unborn child.

Stevie’s repeating his request for Joseline to be drug tested because he claims she’s?abused drugs and alcohol?throughout her pregnancy, and fears it’s effected the fetus. He wants the infant drug tested within 24 hours of birth.

As for Joseline’s thoughts on the matter? The documents filed include a copy of a text message she sent which reads:?”You will never see your daughter f*** n****.
