This post was originally supposed to be about Stevie J. accepting paternity for his unborn child with Joseline Hernandez, but now it’s been hijacked because of a violent incident that occurred between them.

As you know, the current season of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta is filming and Stevie J. & Joseline’s on again/off again relationship is front & center.

Just a few days ago, the couple were spotted on social media publicly putting their differences aside as Stevie J. seemingly accepted paternity for Joseline’s unborn child but their reunion only lasted a few days before things reportedly became violent!

Now Stevie claims that Joseline is violent and evil and wants her to be evaluated?for mental deficiencies.

Joseline & Stevie have been going back and forth for a while now and the pair seem to have finaly resolved their issues even after Joseline took Stevie to paternity court.

While Stevie blasted her in court by spilling tea like Joseline’s real age (she’s 39 NOT 29) and that she’s not really from Puerto Rico like she claims, all was apparently forgiven on Sunday when he posted (and soon deleted) the video below…

Now that couple are back together and more importantly… back on the LHHATL clock, more drama has sparked up in the midst of the reunion.

Stevie J. is now claiming that his future baby mama is mentally ill and he wants the court to order psychiatric tests.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ Joseline arrived at Stevie’s house uninvited on Sunday shortly after he posted the a video about their truce and she got extremely violent with him…

The “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star says Joseline showed up uninvited to his pad Sunday and busted up his face and injured his eyes. It’s interesting … Stevie posted a vid with her that same day, and they seemed all lovey-dovey. Stevie tells us that vid was shot right before the alleged beatdown.

In docs, Stevie says there was another encounter where Joseline threatened him, lunged at him, hurled paperwork and unleashed a profanity-laced tirade.

Stevie J is asking the court to order a psychological evaluation for Joseline, as well as anger management. In the docs he says he’s afraid she’ll hurt him and their unborn child. He’s even preemptively requesting a guardian be appointed for the baby … who’s due any day now. (source)

The 2nd encounter referred to above reportedly happened at a DNA lab where Stevie was submitting to a paternity test while LHHATL cameras were rolling.

It’s odd that they would ‘make up’ just to fight on camera… but I guess a couple that makes checks together, stays together.

Meanwhile, in addition to Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, both parties have managed to score their own solo spin offs… Stevie J.’s ‘Leave It To Stevie’ airs December 19th while Joseline has a delivery special in the works.
