NEWSFLASH!! Restauranteur Peter Thomas and his wife, supermodel Cynthia Bailey of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, are reportedly being sued.

As you know, the cute couple have reportedly been going through a tough time in their marriage and revealed recently that they are living apart.

As previously reported, Thomas continues working on his SportsOne/Bar One projects in Charlotte while Cynthia maintains their residence in Atlanta.

But even though they live apart, Cynthia is being named in a lawsuit stemming from an altercation which occurred in her husband’s Charlotte, NC sports bar.

Earlier this year, a man named Brandon Link accused Peter Thomas of accosting him at the Sports One bar in Charlotte.

Link?claimed that he paid a visit to the spot to talk with Thomas about renting space in the bar. ?As his story goes, the negotiations went south and Link says Thomas grabbed him and threw him across the room, which he claims resulted in him obtaining a concussion after he hit his head on the edge of a table in the bar.

Thomas’ story is a bit different. ?He says that Link was so drunk and belligerent that night that he had to be escorted out of the bar by security. Thomas also claims that Link was outside when he slipped on the icy ground and hit his head.

Whatever the case, neither man was arrested in the incident.

Now several media outlets are reporting that Link is seeking money in a civil suit that names both Thomas and Bailey.

Link has reportedly?filed a lawsuit against Thomas and Bailey, claiming that Thomas and/or his Sports One staffers tampered with surveillance camera footage to make it seem as though Thomas is innocent.

He?even claims that Thomas exposed his alleged cheating in the video when he allegedly yelled that he was ?working on some p*ssy? when Link tried to discuss business with him.

Link’s lawsuit is reportedly demanding that Bailey and Thomas pay him at least $225K in damages, which include pain & suffering for his alleged concussion.

In my opinion, it seems that Link is merely seeking a quick?payday from what he feels are rich reality stars. ?But who knows? Maybe Peter beat the breaks off dude and he wants to be made whole.
