Cynthia Bailey of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and her husband Peter Thomas have been the topic of conversation every since they tied the knot on the popular reality show.

With their relationship up for debate each week, I’m sure it’s hard for the supermodel and the restaurateur to move forward after an argument or disagreement.? And for what it’s worth, it seems that they are each comfortable addressing their marital issues as they arise.

That being said, Cynthia recently spoke about the state of her marriage in a radio show and she confirms that things are still a bit rocky for couple at the moment.

Bailey recently spoke about her troubled relationship on the radio show?Reality Checked with Amy Phillips and she explained that part of the problem in her marriage is that she and Thomas tied the knot right after signing on to ?RHOA.?

Looking back, Bailey admits that it might have been a major?mistake to have let her marriage be wrapped up in her reality TV life.

?We?ve been married five years. We?ve been together for eight. We?re the only couple on The Real Housewives of Atlanta that was actually married on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. We?ve never been married outside of the show, and I don?t think that has helped us a lot.?

Cynthia adds:

??maybe if we were married three years before we got on the show, that would?ve been better. I just have nothing to compare my marriage to outside of being on the show. It?s just been difficult. I mean, the wedding was difficult. Everything about our marriage has been difficult.?

When asked about divorce, the 48-year-old wife and mother added that she wasn?t sure if filing papers would be in her imminent future.

?I never said that we were perfect. I don?t know what?s gonna happen.

I usually have all the answers for all the questions, but when it comes to my marriage, I just don?t know right now.

I just know that it?s not good right now.?

Bailey and Thomas will be the topic of conversation on the upcoming Real Housewives of Atlanta season 8 reunion show.

In the preview for part 2 of the upcoming reunion, Porsha Williams accuses her castmates husband of frolicking with much younger women, stating, ‘Ask any 19 year old in Atlanta about Peter.”

Cynthia and Peter’s marital problems may just secure her spot on RHOA for next season, because everyone loves to watch a train wreck and it’s clear that the couple has no problems airing out their their issues out for the world to see.
