The super producer and his lady love have been chilling in L.A. for the past few months but only AFTER he completed court ordered rehab, which was mandated by a judge in his child support case.

While it would seem that Stevie J. would want to refrain from his illegal drug use while he’s gainfully employed, he’s managed to fail yet ANOTHER court ordered drug test.

According to TMZ, Stevie J?just barely avoided going back to jail after he failed his latest court ordered drug test.

Stevie was in court last week for his child support case so the judge could decide whether to revoke his bail for failing a recent drug test. Luck was on Stevie’s side — instead of locking him up, the judge ordered him to enroll in an outpatient drug treatment program.

Under the order, Stevie must report to a facility twice a week and comply with drug testing.

He has to go back to court next month, and show proof he’s been following rehab rules.

If he screws up — jail time will be back in play.

It’ s interesting that Stevie avoided jail time. I mean… has he EVER even passed a drug test??

Either Stevie J.? has a great attorney or the judge probably realizes that he has a serious addiction problem.

Whatever the case, Steeebie better count his blessings that he’s getting another chance?to get clean. Let’s just hope that this time he?’rehabs’?FOR REAL! ?(Good luck Steebie!)
