An Atlanta area company has fired several White employees after they were found making racist comments about a co-worker’s child on Facebook.

The man in the photo above, who goes by the online alias ‘Geris Hilton,’ posted the pic on his facebook page as he was being photobombed by his Sydney Jade’s young son, Cayden.? Innocent right?? Wrong!

Hilton (real name Gerod Roth) and several of his online friends then made a slew of racist comments about the child as they worked alongside the mother nearby. Comments calling the innocent child names like ?Toby?, ?Kunta Kente?, ?sambo? and ?feral? with one of Geris/Gerod friends stating that she “didn’t know that he was a slave owner.?

Geris/Gerod initially made the post on September 16, 2015 unbeknownst to the child’s mother. He then went to work everyday working alongside the mother while making these horrible comments behind her back. In one screenshot, Geris/Gerod even made up terrible lies about the mother and Cayden that has gone viral along with the picture.

Geris Hilton aka Gerod Roth posted the photo above as his profile photo on September 16th and he and several of his facebook friends all chimed in with racial comments about the young boy, whose name is Cayden.

The disturbing comments that followed are shocking, but not surprising…

Sydney Jade, the mother of the young boy in the viral photo, was informed about the photo and the racist comments that followed and she was understandably upset.? Sydney’s employer, Polaris Marketing Group, was notified about the incident and Hilton was fired.? They issued the following statement about the matter:

Geris/Gerod also had a 2nd job and lost it as well.? The company, ‘YourEDM’ also responded with a message of intolerance.

The mother has now created a hashtag about the incident: #HisNameIsCayden – She has also written a blog detailing her experience and notes that other commenters on the post were also fired.

One?of the commenters on Geris/Gerod?s post, Emily has also lost her job as well.

The others on the original racist post have either gone into hiding or have hidden info in their ?about? sections.One in particular, Baron O?Malley is a very proud racist who has made it his business to make more racist comments on my page and even has made an appearance on Cayden?s grandmother, Susan?s page.

He has no decency or morals when it comes to how to treat a child and he doesnt seem to care? he seems to think the pain that this has caused to Cayden?s mother is funny. I dont know how or in what world would making slave jokes about a toddler could ever be considered funny.

This is a blatant example of how post racial this country is NOT.

Sydney Jade, the mother, also hopes to spread a message of love with her new hashtag #HisNameIsCayden as she introduces her son to the net in a more positive fashion.? She writes:
