Peter Thomas of The Real Housewives of Atlanta shared the photo above yesterday of his brand new ‘beardless’ look.

The honorary ‘housewife,’ who is actually the husband of supermodel Cynthia Bailey, claims he shaved his silver beard in order to be a bit more ‘incognito’, stating:

Thomas may have decided to switch it up a bit to avoid being served… (I kid… but not really!)

While Peter’s been busy working at his ‘Sports One’ Charlotte location, his Atlanta Bar One restaurant sits vacant in it’s new Auburn Avenue location and now he’s being sued for past due rents on the business that hasn’t even re-opened!

I received the following email late last night that reveals that Peter has been served eviction notice for a restaurant that hasn’t even opened yet… *sigh*

Girl! I have some information about Peter & Cynthia’s Bar One Restaurant in Atlanta. ?I remember?they closed the other spot?after disputing rent with the owners.?The new Bar One location is supposed to be opening on Auburn Avenue but judging from this eviction notice that’s not happening!

And please remove my name if you use this!

We’re all anxiously awaiting the new location of Bar One, but it’s been over a year since the old location closed and while Peter secured a spot, it’s clearly not open for business so he’s been paying rent on an empty building?? ?That doesn’t seem too smart. (But what do I know. *shrug*)

If you recall, Peter assured me personally that construction was moving along on the new Bar One location?and I even included our online exchange in one of my RHOA recaps (click HERE if you missed that).

At any rate, eviction documents were filed June 17, 2015 in Fulton County and they allege that Thomas owes about $1869 for June 2015 for that vacant spot on Auburn Avenue.

Maybe this will all play out during season 8 of RHOA…. stay tuned.
