Married to Medicine aka ‘Medicine Wives’ is chugging right along with it’s 3rd season.

Last week, Quad and Lisa Nicole-Cloud battled it out over background checks and their drama continues this week in an episode titled, ‘Putt Up or Shut Up’.

Bravo synopsis:

Dr. Simone and Toya are at odds but unlike their wives, husbands Cecil and Eugene are determined to save their friendship by forcing an olive branch into Simone and Toya?s strained relationship.

Still reeling over Lisa?s surprise background check, Quad flips the script and hires a private investigator to dig up dirt on Lisa Nicole and her husband Darren. Later, Jackie and her trainer Al ambush the girls with a surprise invite to join her latest fitness venture.

I totally apologize for my lack of interest in the show, but I’m so over the way the M2M storylines all start in the middle and how fans are left to surmise what exactly happened during the break to cause the conflict.

I watched the first episode of this season and haven’t even bothered to watch this one because it’s the same ol’ same ol. If you recall the exact same thing happened last year with that whole Mariah and Quad STK altercation.

Something just isn’t right about this whole Quad/Lisa-Nicole ‘beef’ and it seems that both ladies are battling out for drama and ratings. While it’s pretty petty for either of them to be running background checks, from what I’ve HEARD, Lisa’s was ran prior to last year’s reunion show so that she could have ‘dirt’ on Quad if she so happened to ‘come for her’.

On the flip side, Quad has been hounding me for almost a year about deleting her mugshots from the site (the answer was always ‘no’).

Now I’m wondering if one had anything to do with the other.

If I recall, Quad told me her request was to prevent ‘investors’ or potential business partners from being swayed by googling her name. My response has always been no because the mugshots are public record and if an investor, private investigator or even the mailman wanted to find them, they could be found regardless of if they were on StraightFromTheA or not.

I just wish the ladies would use their platforms to catapult into other areas besides ‘who’s the best drama queen’ but maybe I’m just jaded by what I’ve seen with my own two eyes. *sigh*
