Life Lesson #1 – The rumor mill forever keeps turning and your turn is coming. Just wait.
Phaedra pays a visit to ‘friend of the show’ Porsha Williams to rehash her one on one with Cynthia Bailey.
The two ladies share wine and a mystery dish as they discuss Bailey and her husband’s Atlanta ‘history.’ ?It seems that Phaedra is still a bit salty about Bailey deciding to spread gossip about ‘Chocolate’ and she reveals that Cynthia’s lack of ‘fact checking’ could come back and bite her in the butt if anyone decides to do the same to the former supermodel.
Porsha?states that she knows?Peter Thomas’ dirt but feels that Cynthia does too, so ‘why tell a woman what she already knows’.
Phaedra reveals that she has also heard quite a bit about the couple’s financial issues but chooses not to ‘run & tell dat’ to the others.
Whatever the case, they spilled it all in the scene to each other so I guess there’s no need to share it with the other ladies.
Moving on.
Life Lesson #2 – When all else fails, pretend you want to do stand up.
Claudia Jordan’s latest storyline is that she wants to be funny (not funny as in ‘gay’ but funny as in ‘haha’) so she meets with a few of her entertainment peers to discuss her goals.
First, Jordan pays a visit to her Ricky Smiley Morning show co-host, Gary With Da Tea, who tells her that there’s already one comedian on the show (Smiley) so she should scrap any comedic ambitions for the radio show and do that in her spare time.
Jordan then meets with comedian Luenelle for more advice on ‘breaking into’ comedy.
SIDEBAR: Why hasn’t anyone told Claudia she’s not comedic?? ?I mean… she tried once or twice but failed miserably when she thought her jokes about Tiny’s looks were hilarious.

She’s also ‘joked’ about not being able to dark-skinned Blacks at a black party, which was another FAIL… (CLICK HERE if you missed that).
That being said, Luenelle hints to?Claudia that stand up comedy may not be her forte, stating “why does everybody want to do comedy, who won’t everyone just jump off a cliff (which is what you’re doing).” OUCH!

Even Jordan admits that she’s not ready and judging from her years of trying, I would agree with her.
Moving on.
Life Lesson #3??- Listen to your man…
Kandi and Todd should be still in the honeymoon phase but after only 6 months of marriage, they find themselves facing marital counseling.
As the couple discusses the ‘homework’ that their therapist gave them, Todd reveals that he felt that the counselor wasn’t much help.
In the meantime, as Kandi decides to go over the ‘pros and cons’ of their relationship, Todd reveals in his confessional that the homework is dumb and they should?just ‘go in a room and have sex’…
Let’s be spontaneous. Let’s take it back to where it was when we first got together.
Todd also reveals a ‘CON’ that Kandi ‘doesn’t like to deal with problems and issues’ and has a hard time coming up with any ‘PROS’ for his list.
Kandi admits that she’s in the relationship for the long haul, but it seems she needs to actually LISTEN to the issues that Todd is presenting that is causing their disconnect.
Life Lesson #4 – A true ‘friend’ makes time for a friend in need…
Kandi pays a visit to Phaedra’s law office to discuss what she’s heard about them having issues in their friendship.
Phaedra admits that she felt that Kandi dropped the ball during her time of need because she didn’t even text her to see how she was doing.
Parks’ statement brings Kandi to tears and she tearfully explains that she was going through her own emotional turmoil when her play was cancelled and she had to tell the entire cast that they didn’t have jobs.
Phaedra attempts to shed ‘a’ tear of her own in her confessional, stating:
You’re sitting her talking about you had a business deal gone awry… you’re still a millionaire.
If money could make me sleep at night, I would be sleeping like a baby. I don’t have a shortage of that.
But I do have a shortage of friends who I can count on to say ‘I love you,’ ‘I support you,’ and ‘I’m here for you,’ and that’s what I thought you were.
Kandi also reveals that she’s a bit jealous of Phaedra and Nene’s newfound relationship and warns Phaedra that she may be the target of ‘Mad Day’ once Nene decides to turn on her.
[MAD DAY = The day a ‘friend’ decides to turn on you and spill all your business just because they’re ‘mad’ at you.]
Pheadra states that she feels that all people can change and I guess we’ll just have to wait and see when it comes to Nene and ‘Mad Day’.
LIFE LESSON #5 – Relationship therapy should only be applied to ‘real life’ relationships…
Nene, Kandi, Porsha, Cynthia, Kenya and Claudia all agree to join in a therapy session with Dr. Jeff.
It seems that Kenya has gone into the session hoping to be ‘friends’ with Nene, but Nene has already decided that that’s a wrap.
While Dr. Jeff tries to calm the group to determine what’s going on with their ‘relationships,’ Nene seems to feel that she is being targeted as everyone’s problem. ?Nene says she has no desire to be friends with Kenya but wants to try to find a way to ‘co-exist’.
Kenya tries to force the issue of ‘friendship’ and Nene breaks it down in confessional, stating:
What I’m actually trying to get Kenya to understand is that ‘I SEE YOU’ and I know who you are and you know who I am.
I SEE WHO YOU ARE and you know not to fukk with me.
Next up is Claudia… who wants to know why Nene has always given her the cold shoulder. Claudia refers to Nene’s hot & cold actions as a ‘bi-polar’ experience and sets Nene off again. Even Dr. Jeff states that ‘bi-polar’ is a ‘pretty strong’ statement.?
It’s then, that Nene says that she feels that her role as the ‘veteran’ in the group, leaves her open to always be the target…. but the shots keep coming.
Then comes Cynthia… who wants to know how her friendship with Nene went wrong. She brings up the night Leakes called her husband Peter a ‘bitch’ and Dr. Jeff decides to dive into that old situation.
Cynthia decides that it was that moment that started the rift between she and Nene and that moving forward, ‘NeNe’ decided to destroy their friendship.?Nene seems to feel that Cynthia is ‘playing the victim’ by blaming her for the demise of their friendship and they end up referring to each other as ‘mean girls.’
Since Phaedra decides not to attend, Kandi decides to address her issues with Nene. ?
That makes four out of the five ladies there firing shots at Nene, who decides to promptly walk out of the session, calling it ‘attack Nene day.’
I actually kinda agree with her. ?No once seemed to have issues with each other, they only had issues with Nene.
