Joseline Hernandez of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” recently confirmed in court what the world already knows… that the popular ‘docu-drama’ is fake!
Fake marriages… fake pregnancies… fake relationships… fake… fake… fake…!!!
[FLASHBACK: Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Season 3 Reunion (Part 1) (Part 2)(Part 3)]
But there’s at least one thing that wasn’t ‘fake’ and that’s the lawsuit Althea filed stemming from last season’s reunion show debacle….
As you know, filing the lawsuit got both Benzino and Althea booted from the show (click HERE if you missed that) but that case moves on.? Joseline recently answered the suit and? sat for depositions where she testified UNDER OATH, that the show is totally scripted (DUH!)
Details below…
Joseline JoJoDancer is being sued by Benzino’s girlfriend Althea Eaton, who claims Joseline got high on crack cocaine and then beat the crap out of her during a reunion show.
TMZ obtained video of Hernandez, who recently testified under oath in a videotaped deposition that she and other cast members are required to stick to a script.
It’s called ‘reality’ but it’s a lot of acting in the reality world… whether it’s Love & Hip-Hop or another reality show.

In the video above, Althea’s lawyer wanted to know if the ‘real’ Joseline emerged during the fight in question, or whether it was ‘scripted’… Joseline says it’s all an act, stating:
The reality tv show showcases a lot of who we are not. I say that because you never know what happens in reality tv, you know?
They’ll showcase your music, they’ll showcase some things, but that’s not who “Joseline Hernandez” is.
[Sidebar: Jose is still speaking in 3rd person so at least we know THAT’s not an act… *sigh* but seriously, who DIDN’T know Love & Hip Hop Atlanta was fake??]
The real question is… was that crazed reunion show fight ‘fake’??? My personal opinion is that Joseline may have ‘flipped’ the script a bit and took the ‘fake’ fight way too far by actually laying hands on people.
Now she’s stuck out there having to answer for something that she was probably instructed to do.? Being that English clearly isn’t her first language, maybe Joseline took the word ‘fight’ a bit too literally.? Who knows… *shrugs*
