While #BlackLiveMatter and #iCantBreathe?topped the trends last night, it was the #CrimingWhileWhite hashtag that opened eyes and sparked a new discussion about White privilege.
Apparently if you’re White in America, you can commit a slew of crimes and not suffer the same consequences a black person might… at least according to many trending stories being shared on social media.
