The Biebs is under fire (again) for a video that surfaced showing the Usher protege using the n-word jokingly in a song.

The video was recorded years ago when Justin was 15, and while it had been talked about, no one had actually seen the footage until TMZ released it recently.

Of course there’s been a carefully crafted apology and several of Beiber’s celebrity ‘n-word’ friends have shown support for the pop star.

Whatever the case, it’s out and now you can make your own judgment about Bieber’s intent.

In the video above, Bieber can be seen singing about having ?one less lonely n*gger? in the world and joining the KKK. The video comes on the heels of of another video, where Justin was recording telling another n-word joke.

In the meantime, Usher Raymond was spotted out grabbing breakfast in Hollywood a few days ago and when asked about Bieber, he ran for cover!

Raymond, along with a male friend, were caught by the paparazzi as they waited for their order at Little Next Door Restaurant at The Grove in Hollywood.

The R&B star refused the chance to defend his protegee Justin Bieber, following the racist joke scandal, fleeing in a car when he was asked to comment on the furor.

TMZ reports that Bieber told both Usher and Will Smith about the tape several years ago and told them he knew right away that it was a dumb thing to do.

Usher reportedly took Justin aside and showed him some historically racist videos to drive home how hurtful the jokes were.

Upon release of the video, Justin issued the following apology online:
