I luvs me some Lil Mo. Life for real… in ‘real life’! Mo has always been supportive of StraightFromTheA and she’s so fun to be around!

I ran into Lil Mo a few months ago in LA during Grammy weekend and she confided in me that things were?over between her and soon-to-be ex-husband, Phillip Bryant.

I don’t like to speak on people’s relationships (unless they do it first) and Mo recently hit up?Power 105.1?s The Breakfast Club where she talks about her new 20-something boo and also her failed relationship and the events that led to it’s demise.

When we film and by time y?all get the footage, it be like months later. So he [Phillip] texted me in December and was like, ?Yeah, by January everything will be done.?

He was supposed to serve me some paperwork.

Mo ended up filing for divorce herself in Baltimore and now she awaits it’s conclusion.

?I just want my last name back. So as of right now, I?m done with it,? she continued. ?I already did my part. I done moved on.?

Mo has a new man now and has caught a ton of flack online about her much younger boo. ?Contrary to popular belief though, the soulful songstress says she spent a decent amount of time alone before moving on to a new man.

Whatever the case, she speaks openly and honesty about her relationship in this recent interview. ?Specifically she admits she admits she found out about her soon to be ex-husband’s cheating ways in the middle of a threesome…

The clincher is that Mo revealed she found out about her husband’s infidelity in the middle of one of their threesomes.

I kind of knew. You can tell when somebody is rocking with somebody. You can feel the chemistry. One thing I think God gives women is intuition.

So one time we were having a threesome and I was like, ?Yo, I think he really rock with this joint.?

She goes on to explain…

You know, when you get new smash, you know, you hunch up. And I said, ?You know what?? She ain?t move a certain way. When you get new smash, you be like ?ahhh.? It feel a certain type of way. When you don?t move, it means it?s convenient. You had it before.

And that?s when I knew. I said, ?You know what? I?m out of here.?

Welp… I guess there’s nothing like being cheated on?with the chick you agreed to?share with your husband.

The talented songstress also confessed to getting an abortion towards the end of her relationship with Phillip.

?On May 5th I had to get an abortion. I?m like, ?Are you kidding me?? He kept trying to get me pregnant and do some stuff so I could be [locked in].?

Mo’s been married twice before but that’s not stopping her from jumping the broom again. (3rd times the charm right?) As far as marrying her new boyfriend, Karl Dargen, Mo says she?ll never accept just being someone?s girlfriend.

?I can?t just do that. We can?t just go together. I don?t have any kids out-of-wedlock and I?m not gonna just be humping. We can?t just go together.?

Together the couple has a total of 7 kids… it’s kinda like the Brady bunch on steroids but it seems to work for them.

In the meantime, Mo will be returning for R&B Diva: LA’s 3rd season this fall, along with her cast mates, Leela James, Chante Moore, Michel’le, Chrisette Michele and Claudette Ortiz.
