It’s Official Kandi Burruss & Todd Tucker are finally married and I revealed exclusive details about their purple themed nuptials a few days ago (click HERE if you missed that).

Kandi revealed online recently that she and her new husband have held off honeymooning (for now) explaining:

I know people are asking why am I on IG when I should be on my honeymoon. Well @todd167’s has to go out of town to set up a show his company is producing for a network that’s just starting production this week. We’re gonna do a quick getaway next weekend.

Although I would have loved to take one of those long honeymoons & fly out the day after the wedding, anyone that watched #RHOA knows that I wanted Todd to produce his own shows & work for his self & that dream is coming true so I’m not complaining! So send him some love & congrats on his show being picked up as well! #EvenThoughItMeansHeWillBeInLAfor5months….

Kandi’s wedding dress remained top secret but now the first official photo of the Reco Chapple designed gown has been revealed!

Kandi’s wedding photos will be featured in InTouch Magazine and?The Real Housewives of Atlanta star revealed the first photo of her gown to In Touch magazine, stating, ?The whole thing was like a fairy tale!?

Their nuptials took place at Atlanta?s Le Fais Do-Do event facility in front of 300 guests who waited HOURS for Kandi to march down the aisle.

Kandi’s wedding invitation specified that the ceremony was scheduled for 5pm, but it wasn’t until around 8pm that Kandi finally emerged from behind a wall of ostrich-feather fans in her custom $20,000 Reco Chapple gown with a 12-foot train.

?I didn?t know if I was going to be able to pull this all together,? Kandi admits to In Touch, revealing that she organized the entire ceremony in just a month.

?I couldn?t wait around hoping things would get better. I just had to do it and hope for the best.?

I’m sure the delay had something to do with Mama Joyce acting up behind the scenes, but we’ll have to wait until Kandi’s show airs to catch that drama.

Against vocal family opposition that played out dramatically in season six of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kandi and Todd have decided to move forward and tie the knot. Each episode follows Kandi and Todd as they plan a larger-than-life Coming to America-themed wedding ceremony, signifying the couple?s initial introduction in Africa.

From what I’m told, Mama Joyce was pretty much on her best behavior during the ceremony but she still seems iffy on Todd.

Kandi’s mom confesses to In Touch, ?Time will tell if Todd gets my blessing, but if Kandi?s happy, then I need to be happy for her.?

Kandi?s bridesmaids included matron of honor Tamera Wynn, maid of honor Carmon Cambrice, rapper T.I.?s wife Tameka ?Tiny? Harris, Fantasia Barrino, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta?s Rasheeda Frost, and RHOA?s Phaedra Parks and Joyce Dallas. The entire wedding party wore white and guests were asked to wear shades of purple.
