Recently on The Real Housewives Of Atlanta, Porsha Stewart Williams caught flack for moving into a huge 8,000 square foot home in Nene Leakes’ subdivision.

But apparently Porsha’s living situation has changed since the episodes were filmed months ago.

As you know, Porsha’s nasty divorce from her ex, Kordell Stewart, has been finalized and she’s rumored to have scaled back drastically on her expenses.

Word on the curb is that Porsha is so bad off these days, that she failed to pay almost $18k worth of homeowner’s fees on the condo she was living in prior to moving in with her mom.

Now the condo association reportedly seeks to have her bank account frozen reality show wages garnished.

According to TMZ, Porsha is on the verge of having her RHOA funds seized in a new lawsuit.

Porsha lived in a high-rise condo complex in Atlanta … and she’s fallen behind on her homeowner’s dues — to the tune of $17,959!

Now the homeowner’s association has filed legal docs — obtained by TMZ — requesting that her bank account be frozen and the money that goes in gets diverted to pay her homeowner’s bills. Fact is … the only real money she gets is from ‘RHOA.’

Porsha has been strapped for cash lately … we’re told she’s getting $5K a month in spousal support from Kordell Stewart, but apparently that’s not nearly enough to make ends meet.

We’re told Porsha is living with her mom now. At least the price is right.

AllThingsRH broke down the lawsuit and reports that SunTrust Bank sued Porsha on behalf of Grandview Condominium Association.? On January 13th, 2014 a judge signed off on court documents issuing the garnishment of Stewart?s bank account for $17,859.67.?S

Suntrust sued for $13,584.67 in homeowner?s dues, but with interest, attorney?s fees, post-judgment interest and court costs, the grand total is now almost $20,000!

It’s not the first financial scandal Porsha has faced since her divorce.? She also caught flack from a promoter who claimed she ‘stole’ her booking/appearance fee after she showed up too late for the event (click HERE if you missed that).
