Kandi Burruss of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is ‘Blessed to Be A Blessing’ and several Atlanta area families are giving thanks for her kindness and generosity this holiday season.

The Grammy-award winning singer/songwriter honored single mother’s earlier this week through her Kandi Cares foundation, where she gave several families the groceries needed for a bountiful Thanksgiving day.

Kandi gave away fresh vegetables, canned goods and of course several turkeys and also gave thanks online to those who helped her Kandi Kares organization put it all together.

Rap star Young Jeezy took some time out of his busy Thanksgiving schedule recently to give back to the Atlanta community.

At least 500 Atlantans in need got a full Thanksgiving meal through “No Reservations Needed,” an event organized by industry vet Shanti Das for The Atlanta Union Mission.

Dinner was served as Das, Jeezy, Alex Gidewon & The Gidewon Group, Ryan Glover, Ronnie Devoe (New Edition) & more came out in support of the worthy cause.

Preachers of L.A. aired it’s season finale a few days ago and, as expected, Deitrick Haddon and his lady love finally get their chance to walk down the aisle.

Just last week Lady Dominique held her bachelorette party and things got a lil HOT unexpectedly…

Well, this week was drama filled as well.

As the date for Deitrick’s ceremony approached,? Haddon’s family confronted him about his reclusive behavior.? It seems Deitrick’s brothers and sisters aren’t too happy about being kept out of the look about his out of wedlock love child, but that’s all a moot point now that lil Destin is here.

Bishop Noel Jones was scheduled to officiate the ceremony but apparently had other plans, so Pastor Jay?Haizlip steps up to the plate.

You may have read by now that many businesses will be open on the national holiday in an effort to squeeze out extra sales from holiday shoppers.

Pizza Hut is no exception and now the popular food chain is facing severe online criticism after one of it’s independent franchises fired a store manager for refusing to open Thanksgiving Day.

While Pizza on Thanksgiving may be a great alternative to Fried Turkey & Dressing (YUM!), Tony Rohr, the manager of a store in?in Elkhard, Indiana felt otherwise.
