A few months ago, ex- Real ‘Housewife’ of Atlanta Sheree Whitfield taped a segment for Iyanla Vanzant’s Fix My Life and once it aired… her REAL “reality” was finally revealed (click HERE if you missed that).

It was around that time, that the bitter unemployed diva began her never ending crusade to STOP bloggers from blogging about her by filing frivolous “stalking” charges against 3 Atlanta area bloggers: Tamara Tattles, Funky Dineva and myself.

Whitfield lost first case she filed (against TamaraTattles) after she lied while under oath about details of her “stalking” accusations….

And the other TPO’s filed in Fulton County against Funky Dineva and I were subsequently dismissed in Fulton County.

You would think that Whitfield would have other things to do… but I guess since she has a lot of free time on her hands these days, she’d rather spend it in court.

That being said… she’s started her quest for relevancy again by dragging us in court AGAIN!

VIDEO: Bloggers Discuss Facing Sheree Whitfield In Court

Sheree recently went as far as to file CRIMINAL WARRANTS in Fulton county accusing the same 3 bloggers of trespassing on her property.

Yes… she really did.? The documents she filed against Funky Dineva and I were based on our last Chateau Sheree video and everybody knows that Funky Dineva and I were standing on the curb… on a busy route!

But I digress.

We attended court yesterday in Fulton county and it was a total circus act from beginning to end. Honestly, I felt like I was being punk’d as soon as I walked in the door!

As soon as Whitfield saw me, she pulled out her cell phone and started snapping photos, prompting me to do the same.? She even had a local photographer by the name of KEEImages lurking around with HER cell phone taping and taking photos of us in the hall way.

It was a spectacle to say the least!

I was actually kind of amused. If you follow me on INSTAGRAM you’d know that I love taking pics of myself, so when the Sheriff noticed what was going on and asked me if I was OK, I told him I’d just smile and pose for her.

There was so much going on that I don’t even know where to start.? Sheree’s attorney presented “agreements” prior to court and said that she was ‘willing to drop the warrants’ if we agreed to 1) stay 500 yards away from her and 2) stop blogging about her.

I was actually agreeable to the signing the documents but had one stipulation… it had to be a MUTUAL agreement. i.e. She couldn’t come near me or my home (that actually has a roof and that I actually LIVE in).

And guess what… she wouldn’t agree to it. So off the court we go…. for over 6 HOURS!!

Sheree perjured herself in court… again! Stating amongst other things that she didn’t know me and had never met me…

…and even pulled her poor daughter Tierra Fuller into the situation (since the warrants were actually filed in Tierra’s name).

Here’s the deal… Chateau Sheree is still not built and apparently the IRS and several attorney’s have filed liens on the property.

Sheree has transferred the title several times in what appears to be an effort to shelter the asset from her creditors.? My attorney’s discovered that the property has been sold in several $1 deed transfers from Sheree’s mom to Sheree… from Sheree to Tierra… and finally from Tierra to Blue Management LLC, a corporation formed by Sheree (who said under oath that it was formed ‘for the house’).

I honestly don’t give a rats “A”zz about Sheree hiding her assets and wouldn’t be blawgging about her now if I hadn’t been dragged into court.? That being said, I’m prepared to fight this fight because it’s her goal to stop bloggers from blogging about her (that is… unless it’s something “positive” and as you know, we don’t make the news… we just report it).

Long story short… Sheree LOST in court again (shout out to my attorney Micheal Miller!).? While the judge wasn’t entertained by the foolishness involved in our Chateau Sheree videos, there wasn’t any evidence that we committed a crime in doing it. The end.

After facing that 6 hour court battle (and racking even more attorneys fees that she probably won’t pay), Whitfield was PISSED and tried to come at me after leaving the courtroom.

As I was waiting in an alcove for my attorney, who was chatting with her attorney about our NEXT case (yes… she filed ANOTHER TPO that she had served while were were in court),? I turned around to see the familiar view of Sheree walking towards me holding her phone up taking pics and I just had to get it on tape…

Again… who’s stalking who?

Blogging ain’t a game and freedom of speech ain’t free.
