Meet former Atlanta Braves player Andrew Jones.
Gwinnett County Police arrested the 35 year old all-star in the wee hours of the morning, Tuesday December 25, 2012 in Duluth, Georgia after receiving a call regarding a domestic dispute.
Authorities arrived to Jone’s swanky Sugarloaf home to find him physically fighting his wife of 10 years, Nicole Derick.

Around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, authorities responded to a call for a domestic dispute between Jones and his wife in Duluth.
Police say they were called to Jones’ home in a wealthy suburb of Atlanta and when they arrived,? found him fighting with his wife, Nicole Derick.
The couple have been married for 10 years and have a son and daughter together.
Jones was booked into the Gwinnett County jail outside Atlanta, Georgia, about 3:45am on a charge of simple assault.
He was released around 11am (seven hours later) on $2,400 bail.
Jones broke into the majors with the Atlanta Braves in 1996 and won 10 consecutive Gold Gloves from 1998-07 as their center fielder.
He was once billed as one of the premier players in the big leagues
Jones played for the Braves for 12 years and most recently played in New York for the Yankees.
