The UniverSoul Circus is celebrating their 20th Anniversary this year and is hold a contest for a new theme song.

The contest starts today, (Friday, December 7th) and is open to musicians from any musical genre who can create the strongest song (2-3:30 mins) that stylistically fits the positive tone of the show.

The Universoul Circus is pleased to announce a contest for a theme song to celebrate their 20th Anniversary season.

The contest begins Friday December 7th and is open to all musicians in any genre of music. The top three entries will be selected by committee after December 31st. The winner will receive, in addition to having their song featured in every show performance, inclusion in all Universoul Circus commercials and the USC website. Additionally, the winner will receive a one page biopic in the 20th Anniversary program books.

?Our show is a highly interactive combination of circus arts, theater, and music that spans genres including Pop, Classic R&B, Latin, Hip Hop, Jazz and Gospel. It embraces and celebrates the unique aspects of pop culture globally by bringing them center stage with a cast of international performers. Universoul Circus is rated as one of the top three circuses in America?

Theme Song Contest Specifics:

-Format: mp3 or wav

-Song length: 2:0 minutes minimum/ 3:30 maximum

-Genre of music: Any

The strongest entries will stylistically fit the high energy experience and suit the positive tone of the show overall. Contestants can have lyrics in their song, but must also submit an instrumental version of the song.
