Aubrey “Drake” Graham is facing arrest today by NY authorities in that Chris Brown bottle throwing incident that occurred a few days ago!

Drake and his team are trying to prove Chris Brown violated his probation by being near proven gang bangers but in the meantime, even though no one saw Drake actually hit anyone with the bottle, authorities have reportedly issued a warrant for HIS arrest.

If Drake doesn?t surrender by early next week, sources say cops may arrest him prior to his next scheduled performance.

Sh*t just got real! Looks like Drake may be entering into the SFTA mugshot gallery pretty soon.

According to the NY Post:

Drake is expected to be charged with reckless endangerment, sources said, after a witness told cops the hip-hopper hurled the projectile during the 4 a.m. mayhem Thursday at the SoHo hotspot W.i.P.

The 25-year-old hip-hop star, who briefly dated Rihanna, drove Brown into a rage when his table sent over a note that read: ?I am f–king the love of your life.?

Brown, Rihanna?s ex, had just bought Drake a pricey bottle of Champagne.

Drake?s camp yesterday said the fight was instigated by a member of Brown?s crew who made offensive comments toward their entourage, which included rapper Meek Mill.

A source said Brown?s posse that night may have included members of the Crips street gang, which would violate the terms of his probation set after his 2009 attack on Rihanna.

?Drake?s lawyers and the police are looking into whether Chris Brown was hanging out with known gang members,? the source said.

But Mark Geragos, Brown’s attorney, says it was Drake who started the brawl and they are planning to prove it in court:

?I have turned over evidence that it was Drake who instigated this. The evidence makes it clear that Chris is the victim in all of this,” said Garagos.

?I believe the police are building a case against Drake and his thugs,? Geragos added. ?Clearly, Drake was the instigator, and there is evidence he threw glassware.?

Detectives were also probing witness accounts that they heard shots fired during the fight, which left at least five injured.

?While none so far reported seeing a gun, several witnesses have told NYPD detectives that they heard what they believed was a gunshot inside the club during the disturbance,? said NYPD spokesman Paul Browne.

Someone compared this beef to Tupac and Biggie the other day… and while I can’t see the correlation, I can definitely understand why the comparison would be made.

But Chris Brown and Drake tho??? Seriously??

It was more of a battle of the bodyguards than anything else! I think these two need to sit in a room an just hug it out.

And for the record… Breezy is feeling much better since he knows the po-po are picking up his batterer. *sigh* Brown tweeted a few photos yesterday of himself shooting hoops and even shared a another image of his face proving that he won’t be scarred for life.

Update #1: According to TMZ, Drake’s chance for street cred has been revoked and there are no mugshots on the horizon.

Drake is not facing arrest in the Chris Brown bar fight … well-placed law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

There’s a report out this AM that Drake will be arrested for reckless endangerment for allegedly hurling a bottle that hit no one … but we’re told not only is it not true, cops have “no suspects, complaints or arrest warrants at this time.

“According to the report, a single witness allegedly told cops Drake threw the bottle. Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, who has been vocal since the incident, claims he has evidence Drake threw glassware, though he has not been specific.The report says unless Drake agrees to surrender by next week, he will be arrested tonight during a concert at Jones Beach.
