It’s been one thing after another in the divorce case of B-Baller Allen Iverson?and his estranged wife, Twanna.

The “lovebirds” have been involved in a nasty divorce case that has been on again/off again since March 2010. Iverson tried to call off the divorce back in March of this year?but after Tawanna realized Iverson was still up to his old tricks, she changed her mind about the reconciliation and had her attorney request a list of Iverson’s sexual partners.

Tawanna also recently sought a restraining order, claiming she was afraid for her life, but now it appears she may actually have a valid reason to be scared.

The NBA legend is FURIOUS after he returned home from an overseas gig to discover his Atlanta mansion gutted and EMPTY and wants his wife locked up before he finds her.

On May 21, 2012, Iverson filed contempt paperwork in Fulton County Court agains his estranged wife.

In the documents, the former NBA baller wants Tawanna jailed for ransacking his house while he was out of the country working.

Iverson left in early May to take a much needed gig playing basketball in Asia, when he returned home, his house was totally gutted.

According to legal documents, Tawanna infiltrated his mansion while he was away and carted off all the furniture, art, memorabilia… and get this… she also found and took Allen’s hidden stash of cash!

Iverson claims he’s asked Tawanna several times to return his property, but so far, she’s refused.

Now he wants a judge to hold Tawanna in contempt for harassing him and wants her thrown in jail until she returns the stolen goods.

He’s also seeking an order barring Tawanna from entering the home.

There has been no ruling on the contempt charge yet from Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane.

If that name sounds familiar, Tipton-Lane is the same judge who is currently hearing the Raymond v. Raymond Child Custody Dispute as well as the same one who is handling the Child Support Case between former Real “Housewife” of Atlanta Sheree Whitfield and her ex-husband Bob Whitfield.

Judge Tipton-Lane has gots to be sick and tired of hearing the cases of all these whiney celebs.?Umma need Fulton County to get more than one divorce judge!
