They say that your choice of attire should always make a statement and Usher Raymond‘s baby blue suit her rocked on the red carpet of the 2012 Billboard Awards is screaming something… I just don’t know what.

While he didn’t have an album in the running, Raymond received three nods this year for songs he served as featured a guest – ? David Guetta’s “Without You” and Romeo Santos’ “Promise”.

Guetta’s received 2 nominations (Top Dance Song and Top Streaming Song), while Santos’ tune was in the running for Top Latin Song but unfortunately neither of them won an award.
