You married your best friend, your confidant, your “soul mate for life”…. but you ain’t gettin’ any.

Things used to be great when you two got together but then life took over. Work, bills, maybe even a few kids. It all takes a toll on a relationship, but did life take a toll on your sex life with your spouse or significant other?

Well, one woman held on for over 20 years without getting any from her husband and when she decided enough was enough, she sued him… and WON!

According to a recent article in the TelegraphUK, a wife filed for divorce two years ago from her husband, citing “lack of activity in the bedroom” as a key factor in their breakup.

A judge in Nice, southern France, then granted the divorce and ruled the husband named only as Jean-Louis B. was solely responsible for the split.

With that decision in her favor, the 47 year old ex-wife returned to court demanding 10,000 euros (about $14,000 American dollars) as compensation for having to put up with the ?lack of sex over 21 years of marriage?.

The 51 year old ex-husband claimed ?tiredness and health problems? were the cause of his lack of attention between the sheets, but a judge in the south of France?s highest court ruled in the wife’s favor, stating:

A sexual relationship between husband and wife is the expression of affection they have for each other, and in this case it was absent.

By getting married, couples agree to sharing their life and this clearly implies they will have sex with each other.

So now the husband has to pay his now ex-wife for not serving her in the bedroom. BRAVO!

I just wish we had a law like this in the states… but the compensation is clearly not equitable to the loss.

I mean… she lasted 21 YEARS and only sued for 10,000 euros. She had to be gettin some on the side….
