Dwight Howard and his baby mama, Royce Reed, are battling yet again and this time, it has nothing to do with Royce’s social networking habits…

This time the two are battling over custody issues concerning their 2-year-old son, Braylon.

On August 26 when the NBA star decided to pick up his baby boy from school, his baby mama freaked out and called police because, according to her own words, the custody agreement didn?t give him the right to pick up their baby that day.

Royce was locked and loaded… prepared to accuse her baller baby daddy of kidnapping!

According to the report from TMZ,? Royce Reed showed up at the day care prepared for battle, but Dwight had already departed the center with the baby boy.

The Police were brought into the situation and they called the NBA star, who explained that he and Royce had made a new deal and they agreed that he could pick up the baby that specific day.

Cops called their lawyers to talk about the incident and discovered that, in fact, there was an agreement but it was never signed.

The cops called Howard ? and the NBA star explained he and his ex made a new agreement ? giving him the right to cart his kid away that day. But ? after speaking with lawyers from both sides, the cops handed down their verdict ? a new custody agreement was discussed but never signed.

So, No sign, no deal! The officers ordered Dwight to return back the baby boy to the school. He sent the nanny back with the child and Royce took her son home with her.

Royce later released a statement through her attorney:

“As a mother, Royce was panicked and alarmed upon learning that her son, Braylon had been removed from daycare without her consent. She is grateful for the quick response by school personnel and law enforcement who were able to locate his whereabouts and facilitate reunification.

Although unharmed, Braylon was seriously traumatized by the unlawful actions of Dwight and his staff, and Royce will rely upon the courts to prevent future incidents from occurring.”

Their son may be traumatized… but I bet it has nothing to do with his daddy picking him up from daycare! These two have been battling from the moment lil Braylon was conceived. I just hope they get it together soon for the sake of their child…
