Singer Faith Evans was arrested and charged with DUI earlier this Summer in Los Angeles but it looks like she won’t be facing jail time in the case.

Faith has apparently copped a plea in the case and has worked out a deal with L.A. prosecutors. She was originally facing 2 counts of DUI, agreed to plead “no contest” to the lesser charge of reckless driving instead.

As punishment for her crime, Faith has been sentenced to 36 months of probation and must also pay $300 in fines. She also has to complete a 3-month alcohol program and must not drive with any measurable amount of alcohol in her system.
