Fantasia hit up V-103’s For Sister’s Only Event last weekend with an emotional performance.

Joined by all of her family and followed by a crew filming for the 2nd season of her VH1 reality show, Fantasia For Real, Tasia hit the stage and gave the crowd her heart and soul.

Fantasia took us to church with her rendition of ?Thank You Lord?, and honestly, that had the whole crowd swaying, crying and praising. At one point, Fantasia stated ?she almost lost her mind??at that point, an elderly woman next to me began to cry.

Her performance was so moving in the wake of her attempted suicide that everybody in the building seemed teary eyed. She closed out by performing ?lean on me? with her two brothers and mother.
