Cutie Patootie Lamman Rucker was spotted at Atlanta’s Park Tavern last night during the to celebrate the kick-off event for “ATL LIVE on the Park”.

A number of celebrities and Atlanta notables flocked to the midtown eatery for the new monthly event, created by veteran Shanti Das and longtime Atlanta event promoter Marlon Nichols.
