In addition to all the drama surrounding Tiger Woods recent car accident, he may actually be torn between two lovers. Tiger has been said to be getting a bit of side action and it looks like his wife, Elin Nordegren-Woods ain’t havin it. The two have faced media scrutiny this entire weekend after Tiger was involved in an accident in his driveway just a day after media outlets revealed Tiger’s cheatin ways.

According to the original “story”, Tiger’s SUV hit a tree and a fire hydrant in his driveway and he had to be physically removed from the vehicle by his wife, who stated she had to brake a window in the vehicle with a nine-iron golf club. Neighbors in the swanky community quickly called authorities, who reported seeing Elin standing over an unconscious Tiger.

The neighbor’s 911 call was released yesterday (audio below) while Tiger is still dodging questions about the accident.

In the call, a man can be heard describing the scene and requests medical assistance for “a neighbor who hit a tree.” He also speaks of seeing Tiger lying unconscious on the ground and can be heard mentioning to people in the background that he has no idea what’s going on.

According to TMZ, Wood’s wife, Elin has given conflicting statements regarding the “accident” and Tiger has pretty much slammed the door on investigators attempting to gather evidence. Elin told FHP troopers she went looking for Tiger in a golf cart, came upon the accident and then used a golf club to break the window to gain entry.

That’s a very different story from what she first told Windemere cops shortly after the accident — she never mentioned a golf cart. Nordegren told Windemere police she had walked out of her house, saw the crash, went back inside to get a golf club and returned to the vehicle.

Did Elin actually attack Tiger with a 9 iron?

Sources have also revealed that Tiger admitted it was Elin who attacked him after she confronted him with reported allegations he had cheated on her. It’s reported that Tiger told the friend Elin followed him out of the house after the confrontation and struck the moving vehicle with the golf club, causing him to get distracted and hit the hydrant.

Tiger has been dodging questions from authorities but released the following statement via his website:

As you all know, I had a single-car accident earlier this week, and sustained some injuries. I have some cuts, bruising and right now I?m pretty sore.

This situation is my fault, and it?s obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I?m human and I?m not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn?t happen again.

This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way. Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible.

The only person responsible for the accident is me. My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.

This incident has been stressful and very difficult for Elin, our family and me. I appreciate all the concern and well wishes that we have received. But, I would also ask for some understanding that my family and I deserve some privacy no matter how intrusive some people can be.

Ok Tiger. Vague much? It’s understandable that he’d want to keep all the drama hush hush but that ain’t gonna happen. The Florida Highway Patrol is pursing a search warrant to obtain additional information. If they determine that Elin attacked Tiger, she could possibly be charged with domestic violence. Also, in an added twist to the drama, Tiger’s alleged “mistress” Rachel Uchitel seems to be already lawyering up!

Rachel hasn’t spilled the beans on their relationship YET but how bizarre is it that she was caught on camera just YESTERDAY fresh off the plane in L.A. meeting with famed attorney Gloria Allred?
