Check out this video of Jermaine Dupri having lasik surgery. This explains why he was walkin around during the 2008 NAACP Awards looking like this! I went through this procedure last year and was told not to wear contacts for at least 4 weeks prior to the surgery. I had to walk around the “A” in my spectacles for weeks! I was miserable…but I digress!

His boo (and future wifey), Janet Jackson makes and appearance on the video also. She had to leave rehearsal to pay for it because he forgot his wallet! LOL!

If you’re squeemish…I would suggest you not watch this! Watching this is even hard for ME…and I went through it. The surgery itself was a breeze…it was the anticipation leading up to the procedure that almost killed me! Two minutes or less per eye and you’re done. No more glasses and 20/20 vision (or in my case 20/25)…
