Singer Toni Braxton may have hit the jackpot with her latest relationship but her finances are still a bit jacked!

Braxton, who is probably somewhere right now swapping spit with Cash Money CEO, Birdman, is reportedly in hot water with the tax man yet again.

Toni Braxton has been hit with a brand new tax lien and it’s only been two years since she filed for bankruptcy.

According to The Jasmine Brand, Braxton is being accused of refusing to pay $125k in back state taxes, only two years after a judge discharged her massive $10 million+ debt in her 2nd bankruptcy case.

The lien, filed on Aug. 17, is with the State of California and they are reportedly set to begin seizing her assets if she doesn’t pay up!

As you know, this isn’t the first time the Grammy-award winning singer has had tax and money issues.

So far, she’s filed two bankruptcies due to her massive debt, which she claims was acquired from medical bills, as she fought an ongoing battle with lupus and was thus forced to cancel several scheduled concerts.

This latest news of Braxton’s finances could be evidence of why she chose to link up with Birdman, who is notorious for throwing around lots of cash.

Meanwhile, Toni is set to hit the road next month with her “The Hits” tour where she’ll perform some of her chart-topping songs like, “Seven Whole Days” to the mega-hits “Un-break My Heart” and “Breathe Again.”

As for her latest financial news, Braxton hasn’t issued a comment yet.  Hopefully she’s somewhere trading in that $250k Bentley Betayga Birdman bought her for some financial advice.
