NEWSFLASH!?Usher Raymond?has dismissed his?stalking case.

It was just a few months ago that Raymond sought a brand new restraining order against self-professed ‘super-fan’?Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, which resulted in her being arrested in Atlanta just days before Christmas.

The superstar singer, who?recently put a huge rock on his manager’s finger, also made another wish come true now that Jones-Rakestraw is a free woman and unbound by any legal obligation to stay away from her imaginary boo.

Exclusive details about the dismissal below…

Darshelle, pictured above, left the following comment?under my earlier post about her arrest, stating:

On January 8 2015 Mr.Usher Terry Raymond I dismissed all charges against me. It?s amazing how the public reacts to situations without considering both sides of the story.

I had just woke up on that picture and I called the police on myself because I didn?t want to be in Atlanta with a warrant. Mentally ill or not does not mean I am not capable of abiding by the law.

Of course I couldn’t just take Darshelle’s word for it, so I did a little digging and found out that she’s actually telling the truth!

According to court records, the restraining order Usher filed against Jones-Rakestraw was dismissed on January 8, 2015.

Darshelle later posted the following confirmation of the dismissal online:

According to the dismissal document above signed Ivory T. Brown and John Mayoue, Usher’s two attorneys, the superstar singer dismissed?his petition against Jones-Rakestraw WITHOUT PREJUDICE (i.e. he can file again if the ‘super-fan’ gets out of line).

So there you have it ladies & gents. Darshelle now is free to continue her imaginary relationship with her newly engaged ‘hubby’… and now she’s totally unencumbered by any bothersome legal restraints.
